This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs. All timeframes are estimates from dispatch and are not guarantees.

Where we ship

We ship within Germany, to the rest of the European Union, and to the United States. [Confirm or edit this list.]

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Limited drops may take a little longer.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch: Germany 2–5 business days; rest of the EU 5–10 business days; United States 7–14 business days. [Adjust to your carrier’s service levels.]

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Complimentary shipping on all orders over $75.

Packaging

Every order is cushioned inside its tin and packed to arrive whole.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the EU, including the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
