Free UK delivery on all orders over £30. Below that, standard delivery is charged at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are packed and dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is 2 to 3 working days.

Get in touch as soon as you can. Because we pack fresh to order, we're often unable to make changes once packing has started, but we'll always do what we can if you catch us in time.

As we sell food, we're unable to accept sweets back once they've been delivered, for hygiene reasons. This doesn't affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Give it a day past the estimated delivery date first, as couriers occasionally run late. Still nothing? Email us with your order number and we'll chase it up.
